How do I know you’re a good “fit” for my pet?
We have a tried & true process to make sure all parties feel the most comfortable.
Step 1: We have our initial phone call where you tell us about you, what your pet requires, and ask any questions you want. If we have any limitations on our end, we let you know up front. If we are not on the same page, we do our best to find someone that works for you. If we DO sound like a good fit, then we can move to the next step.
Step 2: We have our required Meet & Greet. Two team members, chosen based on details from the initial call, will meet you and your pet(s). You will see how your animal interacts with us, and determine your comfort level (we’ve never had an animal who didn’t’ love us). If it all feels good, then we move to the last step.
Step 3: We discuss your pet’s routine and finalize paperwork. You’ll walk us through your pet’s routine, fill out/review the pet information form (which we can send in advance). Last but not least, we set the date and time to begin working with your pet.
Is there a type of pet you won’t sit?
Whether they have fur, feathers or scales, we can accommodate all types of pets.
How can I pay for visits?
Paying with card: We have the Time to Pet App for ease of security. You are also welcome to pay with cash, check or Venmo.
Will you work with all ages and breeds?
Absolutely!
Do you need vaccine records from the vet?
We request records for boarding & play dates since other pets will interact with yours. Vaccine records are not necessary for all other services.
Can we call or text you to make sure all is well?
We use the Time to Pet app for all communication. We love sending pictures and videos to let you know your pets are doing great while you’re away, and we hope you feel comfortable reaching out to us to make sure all is well.
