How do I know you’re a good “fit” for my pet?

We have a tried & true process to make sure all parties feel the most comfortable.

Step 1: We have our initial phone call. You tell us about you and your pets. We answer your questions, discuss our business model, and what we can offer you. This is when we make sure we can meet each other’s expectations. Services and rates are also discussed during the call.

Step 2: You will be onboarded into our pet sitting client portal, Time To Pet. This is where all communication will continue between you, your sitters, and the company.

Step 3: A Meet & Greet will be planned with one or two of your sitters, where you see if your pet interacts well with our sitters. This is also a chance for you to make sure you are comfortable with our processes. We do understand that some pets may need more than an initial meeting, and we can make plans for multiple visits before working together.

Step 4: We ensure your client portal is updated with all necessary information, we schedule your booking, and then we work with your pet when you need us!

 

Is there a type of pet you won’t work with?

Whether they have fur, feathers, or scales, we can accommodate all types of pets. We may not work with an aggressive dog as we are not specifically trained for these types of pets. However, we will still meet with you and discuss options for you if we do not feel we are a good fit.

 

How can I pay for visits?

We accept credit card payments through our Time To Pet client portal. Apple Pay and ACH are also accepted.

 

Will you work with all ages and breeds?

Absolutely!

 

Do you need vaccine records from the vet?

Yes! We need to ensure that your pet has been vaccinated, especially for rabies, for the safety of our sitters and other pets we may come in contact with during our visits.

 

Can we call or text you to make sure all is well?

We use the Time to Pet app for all communication. We love sending pictures and videos to let you know your pets are doing great while you’re away, and we hope you feel comfortable reaching out to us to make sure all is well.
